PRIVACY AND SECURITY

All data collected through this website is the exclusive property of DFVU d.o.o. and will not be disclosed to any third party other than the delivery/postal service for the purpose of the shipment of purchased items.
The collected data will be used solely to provide users with information related to their (intended) purchases.
We reserve the right to disclose any information if required by law enforcement, in cases where it is in our best interest to protect our rights, or when compelled by a court order, warrant, or an ongoing police investigation.

We adhere to the latest and most stringent industry standards for the security, collection, and transfer of information.
All critical and sensitive information, including credit card data, is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). While no transmission method over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we diligently follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
This website uses “cookies,” which are harmless, small text files that are stored on the user’s web browser when visiting the website. These files enable the website to recognize users and make their subsequent visits easier and more useful.

The website is hosted on servers owned by DFVU d.o.o. and employs private and secure data storage measures. When browsing the website, certain information, such as the user’s IP address, browser type, operating system, and time of visit, is automatically collected.
This information is used exclusively for statistical purposes and is not linked to any other personally identifiable information.

ONLINE PURCHASE

After placing an order, the user will receive an email confirmation containing details of the purchased products. The sales contract between the company and the user is considered concluded when the user receives the order confirmation via email.

Online orders can be canceled without incurring any additional costs until the user receives notification that the order has been shipped (handed over to the delivery service). Order cancellation requests must be submitted via email, with the subject line stating "Order cancellation." The email message should include the user’s first and last name, as well as the order number. Failure to cancel the order will indicate the user’s agreement to proceed with the purchase.

We will prepare the goods within the agreed timeframe and dispatch them to the user’s provided address. The user will receive a notification via email when the goods are shipped.

The purchase process involves the following four steps:

• Step 1: The user completes the order form and selects the preferred payment method.
• Step 2: The user finalizes the purchase by placing the order.
• Step 3: The user receives an order confirmation via email.
• Step 4: The package is shipped (handed over to the delivery company) within 24 hours on working days.

PRICES

The prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice and may be modified at any time. All prices are stated in € and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). The user is obligated to pay for the goods at the prices that were in effect on the day the order was placed.

PROMOTIONS
The online store additionally offers discounts and other special offers, collectively referred to as “promotions,” which reduce the prices of specific products. Each promotion is valid for a specific (limited) period. The reduced price is applicable only to purchases made during the promotion period. Discounts and other special offers are generally not combinable or cumulative. Promotions do not apply to products listed in the outlet/sale category.

When a discount code is used in the shopping cart and before the order is paid, any discounts granted on the items to which the discount applies have already been applied to the final amount to be paid by the customer.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, and PayPal. All items remain the property of DFVU d.o.o. until full payment has been received.

DELIVERY

Delivery costs are calculated at the time of order based on the chosen delivery service, and delivery location. When delivering outside the EU, we are not responsible for any customs charges imposed by the user’s country. Orders placed on business days are shipped (handed over to the delivery service) within 24 hours. Delivery within Europe is typically completed within 2–10 business days; in the rest of the world 3–15 business days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Every user who makes a purchase on this website has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, without providing any specific reason. This right entitles the user to a full refund. To meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient for the user to send the return parcel to us before the end of the 14-day period. The user must inform us of their intention to return the goods by sending us an email notification. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the user.

The user is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price if the returned goods are undamaged and in their original and complete packaging. In case of any damage to the goods, missing equipment, missing manuals, or if the items show clear signs of wear or use, DFVU d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse a refund of the purchase price, either in part or in full. We recommend that users insure the package when returning it and take utmost care in packaging the items. For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be refunded or replaced.

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after the goods are returned. The refunded amount will be credited to the user’s bank account. In case of prepayment, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Cash refunds are not provided.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

The rejection of a package does not constitute a withdrawal from the sales contract, as it does not constitute an unambiguous statement of withdrawal. The user is obligated to accept the package and fulfill the payment of the purchase price. If the user fails to accept or collect a package sent with the cash on delivery option within 15 days, it will be considered a unilateral and unannounced withdrawal that does not cancel the contract. The user is responsible for covering the incurred costs, which include administrative costs, packaging, shipping, and return shipping. An invoice in the amount of € 25.00, excluding VAT, will be issued to the user for these costs. Failure to pay the invoice will result in the recovery of the amount through an external contractor.

In cases of fraudulent orders, the IP address associated with the order will be submitted for further investigation and processing as an abuse.

WARRANTY

All goods in our product range are covered by a 24-month warranty. The warranty period begins from the date of receipt of the goods and can be claimed by providing a copy of the original invoice.

Users may claim the warranty for defective, damaged goods, or goods that do not meet their expectations in exchange for a replacement product or a refund. To initiate a warranty claim, please reply to the order confirmation email or send us an email with the following information:

• description of the defect, accompanied by any relevant photo or video evidence;
• order number and date of purchase.

For goods damaged during delivery, please additionally provide:

• photo or video evidence of the original packaging;
• photo or video evidence of the damage on the received goods.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• physical damage caused by the user or external factors;
• wear and tear resulting from normal use;
• errors resulting from incorrect, inadequate, or negligent use.

Only warranty claims that meet all the specified conditions can be positively resolved. We will make every effort to address warranty claims as promptly as possible.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By voluntarily using the website, the user agrees to assume all associated risks. The company does not provide a warranty for the website’s operation, functions, or guarantee it to be error-free or free of viruses or malware. Furthermore, the company does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information published on the website. The company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages, arising from the use of the website and/or the products available on it.

By purchasing goods from the website, the user assumes the responsibility to research and comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws pertaining to the ownership, possession, carrying, transfer, transportation, and use of the purchased goods. The user expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DFVU d.o.o. from any claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, transportation, or use of the goods in violation of applicable federal, state, and local laws or regulations.

DFVU d.o.o. reserves the right to change or modify products, materials, measurements, technical specifications, pricing, and availability at any time.

COMMUNICATION

The company provides support and additional information to users through email.

We will contact the user via telecommunication means for the purpose of order execution unless the user explicitly objects to it.
For commercial purposes, we may contact users if they have given their consent or if they have already made a purchase on the website. In such cases, the communication will be as follows:

• Advertising messages will be clearly and unambiguously identified.
• The sender will be clearly identifiable.
• Various campaigns, promotions, and marketing techniques will be clearly identified.
• Every advertising message will include an option to unsubscribe from receiving further advertisements, along with instructions on how to do so.

COPYRIGHT CLAIMS

The content on the website, including texts, images, graphics, sound files, animations, videos, and their derivatives, are the property of DFVU d.o.o. and are protected by copyright and/or intellectual property law. The content may not be copied for commercial use or distribution, nor may it be modified or republished on other websites. The website may also contain images for which the provider has obtained the right to use, but which are protected by third-party copyright.

By purchasing products or using the website, the user does not acquire any copyright, proprietary rights, or intellectual property rights relating to the products and/or the website.

Copyright infringers will be prosecuted.

SOLVING DISPUTES

We strive to resolve disputes in an amicable manner. Users should send their complaints via email. We will make a decision on the dispute within 6 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the user has the right to initiate legal proceedings before a court.
