Privacy and safety
All collected data is property of DFVU d.o.o. and will not be shown to any third party other than the delivery/post service which needs your information in order to deliver the purchased items. Collected data will be used for notification about new items if the user so wishes. If the website should ever be sold or taken over the information is then property of the new owner and company. We reserve the right to disclose any information if it would be requested by law enforcement, if it is in our interest to protect our rights, if it is requested by a court order, warrant or an ongoing police investigation. There are several links on the website that redirect to other foreign sites. We are not responsible for their content and policies. We strongly advise that you read all privacy statements on all foreign sites. We use the newest and highest industry standards for safety, collection of information and its transfer. We code all important information, such as credit card information, with SSL. We do however have to mention that sending and storing any information online is never 100% safe anywhere. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute safety. The website uses “cookies” which are small text files that contain information on your computer but do not cause any damage or infect your computer with viruses. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your hardware since the use of our site is completely voluntary and to your own risk. We also cannot be held accountable for content and errors on linked sites. Our web hosting provider automatically gathers information such as you IP address, browser type, OS, time of visit and other. This information is used solely for statistical purposes and is in no way connected to any other private information. For the personal data safety, the user himself is in a way liable. The user has to make sure that the username and password are secure along with having the appropriate antivirus software installed on your device. We reserve the right to adjust this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and we encourage you to check frequently for updates.
Any online purchase is carried out when the items are delivered or a written letter is sent with delivery information. The automatically generated e-mail invoice does not count as a carried out purchase. We strive to keep as much items in stock as possible and the delivery times quick in order to keep our customers satisfied at all times. We, however, cannot guarantee the availability of all items within the promised delivery time since we do not have any control over production and distribution. After an item has been purchased on the online shop the customer can change its order before the item has been sent only if the customer chooses to order an item at a higher price. After the order has been sent the customer cannot cancel it.
Because of fast changing conditions in business the prices have no set duration and can be changed at any time. All prices include VAT and are valid after the seller confirms them. Although we renew the price list on the site every day some errors may still occur. In this case the customer will be contacted with the new information and it will be possible for him to cancel his order. We will however offer him a good second option in order for him to change his order that will satisfy him.
We accept payment of items online with various methods: Paypal, Klarna, SEPA, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diner’s Club or in select regions cash on delivery. All items remain property of DFVU d.o.o. until full payment has been met.
There are four steps when purchasing an item. They are as follows:
Placement of order: The customer fills out the form with his/her delivery information.
Method of payment: here the customer chooses the method of payment
Order confirmation: The customer will get an e-mail confirmation the package will be shipped within 24 hours.
The return of items is possible under certain conditions. Every customer has the right to return an item(s) without any given reason 14 days after the item(s) has been received and is so entitled to a full refund. It is considered that the consumer returned the goods on time, if the parcel was sent before the end of the 14 day period for a refund. The customer has to reply to the confirmation e-mail which he/she received to inform the seller of the return.
All return shipping charges are covered by the customer. The customer is entitled to a full return of his money if the returned item(s) are undamaged, in its original packaging and with all other additional items such as instruction manuals, user guides etc. In case of any damage to the item, missing equipment, missing manuals or if the item was worn, DFVU d.o.o. is entitled to refuse all or part of purchase price. The refund is carried out no later than 14 days after the item(s) has/have been received. The amount will be refunded on the customer’s bank account or they will be given a discount on the next purchase. We advise our customers to insure the package when returning it and to wrap the items as carefully as possible. We do not return cash.
The customer can cancel the order in 2 hours after ordering via Phone or E-mail.
The message MUST include the following information:
- Subject: Order canceling
- Message body:
- Item name
- Name and Surname of the customer
- Customer adress
The customer has to accept the package and pay for the parcel according to the Obligatory Code. In case the customer does not accept the parcel that was sent with Cash on Delivery option and said package is then sent back to the company address after waiting for pickup at the post office or any other parcel storage centers when the waiting period (15 days) has expired, it does NOT count as a cancelation of the contract. The contract is still in effect and not accepting the parcel counts as a one sided unannounced withdrawal from the contract by the customer. When the customer does not accept the parcel, he/she causes financial damage to the company and is therefore obliged to pay for the costs of shipping, administrative costs and the shipping costs back to the company address, for which he will be issued an invoice because he did NOT cancel the contract. In case the invoice is not paid, the matter is then settled with a claim which is managed by an external company. In the case of fraudulent orders, the IP address will be submitted for further processing as an abuse. The non-transfer fees amount to EUR 25.00 excluding VAT and include administrative costs, packing, shipping and return shipping costs.
The warranty period of items is defined by the manufacturer but is never shorter than two years. All items in the online shop have a valid guarantee of their manufacturer. The warranty period starts with the date of purchase and can be carried out only with a copy of the original invoice and the warranty ticket. It is usually faster to get an item serviced or exchanged at an authorized service shop; we do however offer customer support to every customer with all formal matters regarding warranty. All manufacturer warranty terms must be met when claiming repair or exchange.
For warranty claim help please contact us by replying to the order confirmation e-mail. The e-mail must state the following information: item (serial number if it has one), description of the defect, date of purchase in the online shop, invoice number and address. We will try and help as much as we can in order to help you get a warranty claim.
Warranty does not apply in cases of:
- Physical damage
- Wear due to use
- Errors caused by incorrect, inadequate and negligent use of the items
The delivery is carried out by DHL, GLS, TNT, DPD. We try and keep the delivery time as quick as possible for all purchased items in stock, which we send out in 24 hours after online order. If an item is not in stock we will contact you about the delivery time as soon as possible. Delivery dates do not exceed 15 days unless the customer wishes so. The delivery costs are charged at time of order based on the method of delivery and based on the customer’s address. When delivering outside the EU, we are not responsible for any customs charges of the customer’s country.
Damage on delivery
In case of receiving items that were damaged during delivery, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation e-mail and describe your problem. We request that you take some photographs of the item in its original packaging so that we can take appropriate measures against the delivery company. We would also be very grateful if you could write down the time of delivery and the full name of the deliverer. All this information will be very useful when claiming damages.
We try to keep the site up to date at all times, but we cannot be absolutely sure that all information is 100% accurate. Therefore we do not guarantee or do not resume any legal liability regarding all information on the site. Item pictures are symbolic and do not depict the actual properties of an item (colour, details, additional equipment etc.). Such mistakes occur because of technical solutions or because of human error. Changes in the modern world are so rapid that it is impossible to keep up with all new information on the site as it takes some time to change it. Assumption of risk
By purchasing any item sold on our webpage (property of DFVU d.o.o.) the buyer assumes responsibility to research and comply with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws related to the ownership, possession, carry, transfer, shipment transport, and use of any product site. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DFVU d.o.o. for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, transportation or use of the item in violation of applicable federal, state and local laws or regulations. Information in this catalog is subject to change without notice. DFVU d.o.o. reserves the right to change or modify products, materials, measurements, technical specifications, pricing and availability.
Shipping is always free, when choosing Cash on delivery payment option we charge COD fee which is displayed on the website. The buyer is obliged to pay the COD fee in cases when the customer has chosen the COD delivery method.
The provider will come into contact with the user through telecommunication means, but only if the user does not explicitly object that. Electronic advertising messages and SMS messages will be clearly marked as advertisements.The sender will be clearly evident and the special offer promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked accordingly. It will also clearly set out the conditions of participating in them. In every advertisement message there will be an option to unsubscribe from recieving advertisements with an explanation on how to do it. The decision of not recieving advertisements will be respected by the provider.
When signing up to e-news, the user agrees to be informed periodically about the news on the site, new services and special promotions. The provider is commited not to abuse or forward the e-mail address of the user. The user can at any time unsubscribe from the newsletter.

We will try to solve any disputes by mutual agreement, in a way, that the customer sends a complaint on the e-mail address, the company will then decide on the dispute in 6 work days. In case the customer cannot solve the dispute by mutal agreement, they can initiate proceedings before a court. We do not recognize any contractor regarding out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
